Eligibility
- Aged 19+
- Live in Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall or the Black Country.
- Unemployed, or working less than 15 hours per week or on a zero hours contract

Tailored Training Academy
After an assessment of your individual circumstances, adult education support will be tailored to best fit your needs and requirements. Support can include:

- Introduction to Business Administration, Customer Service, Care, Security, Warehousing, Retail, Cleaning or Hospitality sector skills
- CV, cover letter, interview techniques and interview clothing support
- Employability support
- Mindfulness and Wellbeing
- Finance workshops
- Workplace qualifications
Once you get into employment, we can support you in gaining further Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications to ensure you have the necessary skills for your new role or to support your career progression.
