We have training and recruitment academies covering a wide range of sectors and are always keen to expand into new and innovative areas.
Pilot have worked with employers including Gold Standard, Guardsec, Spears, Alliance Personnel, Gentings Casinos and many more to develop and deliver training programmes that provide job applicants with the qualifications and skills needed to hit the ground running, but also support employers to achieve significantly higher staff retention rates.
Clients working with Pilot have achieved retention rates of over 90% following our programmes when measured over a 6-month period and in some cases this has been an increase of over 30% when compared to conventional recruitment methods.
Each academy is usually 3 days per week for 2-4 weeks and provides candidates with the skills employers need and the confidence to use them. Training is delivered in a fun and engaging way by industry experts who ensure candidates understand what our partner employers are looking for. In addition to our existing courses, Pilot can create bespoke academy opportunities for employers looking for specific skills from prospective candidates and we always welcome the chance to expand our delivery portfolio.
Pilot currently run academies in Manufacturing, Warehouse and Logistics, Retail, Customer Service Sector, Hospitality and Security, with each having sector specific learning and qualifications to enable candidates to stand out from the crowd.
