At Pilot IMS we have a proud track record delivering pre-employment recruitment training with employers across the West Midlands. We have recruitment training academies covering a wide range of industry sectors, all with real job opportunities upon completion.

We have worked with employers including Screwfix Wincanton, KFC, AF Blakemores, Arconic, McDonalds, SCS Security, Gentings Casinos and many more to create hundreds of job opportunities for unemployed people looking to gain employment.

Each academy is usually 3 days per week for 2-4 weeks and provides you with the skills employers need and the confidence to use them. Training is delivered in a fun and engaging way by industry experts who ensure you understand what our partner employers are looking for.

Pilot currently run academies in Manufacturing, Warehouse and Logistics, Retail, Customer Service Sector, Hospitality and Security, with each having sector specific learning and qualifications to enable you to stand out from the crowd. In addition to our training centres, Pilot also deliver academies on site for an employer to give you a taste of working life within your organisation.
